Getting Here & Parking
Street parking is available, with the Central Car Park positioned next door. We recommend allowing 5–10 minutes to park during peak times.
Please note, the clinic is located upstairs.
Post-Treatment Concerns
If you’re experiencing unexpected discomfort after a treatment, please phone the clinic directly on 0411 399 200. Outside hours, email hello@whitesage.kingsdigital.dev and include your name, treatment, date and a brief description. We’ll prioritise your message.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. To respect our therapists’ time and help other clients access appointments, we have a simple policy:
Notice Period:
- 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel standard appointments.
- 48 hours’ notice for appointments 60 minutes or longer or for laser/microneedling bookings.
Fees:
- Changes inside the notice period may incur a 50% late‑change fee.
- No‑show or same‑day cancellation may incur 100% of the booking value.
- Pre‑paid packages or vouchers may have the equivalent value deducted.
How to Reschedule:
- Use your confirmation SMS/email link, or call us on 0411 399 200 during business hours.

External Circumstances
Running Late:
We’ll do our best to accommodate you; however, your service may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. The full fee still applies.
Health and Contagious Illness:
Please contact us if you are unwell (fever, cold/flu, contagious skin conditions). We’ll help you find a suitable time to return.
Reminders
We send SMS/email reminders 48–72 hours prior. Please ensure your contact details are up to date.

Gift vouchers & Groups
Gift vouchers: Purchase digital or boxed vouchers.
Group bookings & events: For two or more guests, or private events, please include desired date/time and we’ll curate a visit plan for you.
Media & Partnerships
For interviews, imagery or collaborations, email hello@whitesage.kingsdigital.dev with “Media/Partnership” in the subject. Include dates, audience and deliverables; we’ll respond promptly.

We welcome all skin types, tones and stages of life. Fragrance‑free and low‑light options available on request. If you’re neurodivergent or have specific sensory needs, let us know so we can tailor your visit.
