White Sage Aesthetics – Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Expired vouchers cannot be extended, refunded, or redeemed.
Redemption
Vouchers are redeemable for full-priced services and products at White Sage Aesthetics. They are not redeemable for cash, and no change or credit will be given if the voucher is not fully used.
Booking Required
All treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Please mention your voucher at the time of booking and present it upon arrival.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Standard cancellation policy applies. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend your appointment, your voucher may be voided.
Non-Refundable
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other tender.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Treat your voucher like cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced or reissued.
Not Redeemable for Certain Services
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for bodywork or massage treatments with Gina, naturopathy services with Lucy Wilcher, or any discounted treatments, special offers, or promotional packages.
Specific Promotions
Vouchers purchased as part of a promotion or package may have specific conditions and shorter expiry dates. These will be stated at the time of purchase.
Partial Redemptions
Any remaining balance on the voucher can be used toward future purchases, provided it is within the expiry period.
